My car was in the Deery ************ center 7/15/23 for an oil change. When my car was completed, I was informed that there had been a mishap when the arm of the car wash collided with the back hatch of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Don't use their lube service unless you want issues with your car. When I tried to get help, despite their hold pattern that promises 'stellar customer service' nobody had time to talk to me. There was a lack of customer service from any an all levels of management. No follow up to promised call backs from GM, a voice mail was allegedly left that I never received.
