This is a horrible place to live office staff is very rude and especially the assistant manager Alex. No customer service and bad attitudes and things only get done when they want it to. And parking inside it is a nightmare and I have also got my car broken into and they have told me not there problem I better have car insurance. And people all the time pooping in pool and they don’t close the pool or put sign up letting the other residents know what’s going on. The security at Deerwood is awful, I had two cars stolen from there and someone sleeping in my car one morning. And Random people coming in going through the trash, I did not feel safe there!!

Terrible experience trying to lease here. I found Deerwood on Zillow, I went down with my brother to look at a 2bed/2bath. Initially, the price that he tells me is higher than the one quoted on the phone. Only a few bucks, so no big deal. We fill out paperwork and I give them a $175 money order as a deposit on the apartment. They blow me off and don't return my calls until 6 days later. when they do, they say their computers have been down and since it took them a week to do a credit check which should take maybe an hour, WE... read more
