Over priced apartments for under value amenities and quality of life. Car break ins and thefts are a weekly occurrence here. We do have prior residents with similar names but we had not received negative feedback during our check-ins with them. Our community may have been mistaken for the other community named Deerwood in southern California. We had the pleasure of living in this community for 2 years. We had many great memories. We got married after we moved in and so many other great steps in our life. Excellent Apartment complex! There's a real sense of community and my kids love to play in the recreational areas! The staff is caring and understanding. I've spoken to both leasing consultants, Cecelia and Alexandra and both have been helpful and understanding when it comes to any issues we've had.
Deerwood Apartments has been great. When I first came to have a look at the place and the availability, Cecilia was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. She walked me around several different apartments and was great in finding the best price range for my needs. Thank you for all of the help!
