Spent a lot of money and did exactly wha the vet told me to do. My pup is still having horrible diarrhea. I called on Friday and they never returned my call. Waited all weekend and they didn't call me back today either. You guys lost my business.
With such a tiny fur baby (3lb yorkie) - I wanted to be sure that she was going to get the absolute best care from people who truly love her- I didn't have to look far! Dr. Denise & the vet techs at Deerfield are so extremely kind, gentle, knowledgeable & helpful to my sweet puppy- as well as myself (nervous first time fur mom). She has answered all of my questions- big & small- and explains everything she is doing & why. Kiwi loves to go to the vet!
These people are the best!! They've taken care of my dog, Zoey, for years. Recently my 19-year-old cat was suffering from a painful UTI. They worked her in without an appointment. Dr Amanda took such good care of her, calling me every step of the way. One day later, Cali is a new "person"! I won't trust my furbabies with anyone else!
Deerfield is an awesome veterinary hospital, as are all the people that work there.
I moved away and had to take my dog to an emergency vet because of a dog fight but a few days later Dr. Denise called me to check up on Molly! She also gave me some great advice to help with the healing process and I am so grateful. Amazing team and I'm sad they aren't in KC.
