I had a horrible experience on my move out, they handed me a huge statement for what is called wears and tears in the contract and double charged everything and refused to release my deposit and charged me extra. They even charged me for the damages I reported upon my move in and they never fixed it! In-spite the fact that Mr. Tony visited the reported problems in 2018, he denies that he was witness.This is beyond unacceptable and is a fraud. New to area renters beware: Although the amenities look enticing and the complex seems nice, Deerfield Place is overpriced for what you are actually getting: poor management attitude, lack of communication about dangerous situations in the complex, and no sense of urgency around common ground upkeep or repairs. The on-site property manager is exceptionally disingenuous and overall difficult to work with while enforcing more rules and restrictions on the common areas. While I don't live at Deerfield Place I have visited there often. They always have events and activities going on for their residents as well as the public. I've gotten to know the office staff and they are amazing people who go above and beyond for you. I've toured the grounds, apartments and gym and everything is stunning.
RecommendedI attended an event here last week. It was so fun and the facility is gorgeous! I totally love the decorations and set up of the buildings. It looks like a beautiful place to live!
The staff and maintenance crews are friendly and responsive. The grounds are well groomed, and the fact that it is pet friendly is a big plus. Great!
This is such an amazing place to live! I can’t say enough about the staff at Deerfield. Sarah, Erika and Marissa are all so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and feel right at home! Maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly as well! The clubhouse is top notch! This is a great place to live. It's like living in a resort. Once you drive in, you don't even feel like you are in Utica anymore.
