By treating their tenants better then they do. by helping them instead of taking our money. Stop raising the rent. If you are leasing I do not see why it is OUR responsibility to fix things that are broken or don't work correctly. I know someone who has a toddler and just moved in her not yet a year ago and she had to pay to have her furnace fixed AND pay her $800 rent. That is totally unfair to us. Terrible!!!! My wife and I lived there for a little over a year. They raised rent on us a few times for no reason. They have police called in there all the time for different reasons, drugs, domestic violence etc. They don’t take care of issues they say they will. My neighbors and I were all sick of this place, they threatened to evict our neighbors with children for having toys out in there yard, with a family with little kids. This place is for the dogs we left for a weekend came home to our bed and End table tv stand end tables and lamps right out of our home I would NOT move here Never
This place does have strick rules but thats only for the benefit of all that live here. I have great respect for Brenda and Rae they do an amazing job. Thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do. Have a wonderful summer.
