Terrible!!!! My wife and I lived there for a little over a year. They raised rent on us a few times for no reason. They have police called in there all the time for different reasons, drugs, domestic violence etc. They don’t take care of issues they say they will. My neighbors and I were all sick of this place, they threatened to evict our neighbors with children for having toys out in there yard, with a family with little kids. This place is for the dogs we left for a weekend came home to our bed and End table tv stand end tables and lamps right out of our home I would NOT move here Never
I've been a resident since 2012 and they've been trying to evict me for years. My rent was originally $600 and I have a contract for seven years with that amount. Because I refuse to pay the increase costs and supposed legal fees they state I owe "where's the court orders?" They are trying to now serve me legal papers for eviction... They cashed my August rent check in July and they're still trying to serve me? If I had somewhere to go I would but the threat to take away someone's home is a brutal waste of hurt
The parks is shit, when i first moved here it was good, now there trying to say the residents are responsibable for the trees in the woods etc, and not to mention theres nails and glass in the public parking by the dumpsters, has been for years now. There never open unless to collect rent, ive called 3-4 times reporting street lites out its been weeks there still out
Very peaceful though the parks are pathetic and the fact they don't go by their own rules upsets me especially since we have to
