I have been a patient of Deerfield Family Dental since they opened their doors. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the office is clean and up to date. Decided to go to a dentist closer to my home and now I am back with Deerfield Family Dental. I will never make that mistake again.

Janice Ratray, the office manager, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to work with me in setting my appointments and with the financial cost of my procedures. The entire staff was friendly! The dental hygienist was gentle and explained everything that she was doing since I needed a deep cleaning. All the doctors I had dealings with were very kind and gentle. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will defiantly recommend friends and family to this office.

The dentist refused to provide the dental cleaning requested and would only perform services costing more. The was obviously a case of "bait and switch" and I will be pursuing this with the authorities.
