Today's visit was very disappointing, I did not received any type of service, and they tried to impose a criteria that was not covered by my insurance which is CODE D-0180, when in fact CODE D-0150 Comprehensive Oral Evaluation establishes the patient's periodontal-health status as is part of a comprehensive evaluation. — D0150 replaces what was previously known as the initial exam. This is where the doctor documents and confirms the patient's original baseline data.
I'm a client since for about 9 years. Always have very nice staff and very plesent ones. I hope the new staff keep this way. And my visit yesterday I saw they are doing. A special thanks to Mirta to always take a good care of my kids. They love her.

Deerfield Family Dental has highly skilled doctors in all aspects of Dentistry. Office staff friendly and Professional. I have tried other denist in the area and NO ONE compares to Deerfield Family Dental. Dr.Pouleriguen is amazing. I highly recommend to family and friends.
