Verified Renter Deer Run has been "dear" to me and I love my home here. Although all changes I have experienced have not been the best, management is putting forth a valiant and purposeful effort to maintain an 'A-One' for this community.
Verified Renter The new management at Deer Run is excellent. Multiple projects going on, many things are being taken care of. Lighting has been restored throughtout the property, the pool grounds are being upgraded, ground crew hired. The property looks great. The office staff is very friendly and will listen to any concerns you have. Maintence is efficient. Im very pleased with the new management here. I highly recommend Deer Run.

Verified Renter Completely horrible property. There are bugs everywhere inside apartment. Under previous management I was able to get an exterminator. Under this group I was told to purchase something from the store. That’s unacceptable to me. The entire property is unappealing and unkept. Previous management made sure the property looked nice. Verified Renter The place looks very run down especially around the mail box area. Stop signs need updating, litter never gets picked up and dog station rarely has bags.
Verified Renter Deer Run is overrated been here 9 months and still waiting on them to fix stuff, trash everywhere, smells like trash for a week, because the garbage is picked up at random.
Horrible apartments Numerous issues with these apartments. Be prepared for old outdated appliances, all types of spiders and pantry bugs. Hornets nest all over the property. Very overpriced, poor management that is money hungry.
