New Management Villas at Foxwood is a huge upgrade! I just toured and saw the renovations being done... let me say, it's pretty awesome. They have new cute signs and told me they are getting new light posts with security cameras! I just signed my lease. I'm so excited to move in!
It’s lit The villas at foxwood is pretty cool. All the apartments have private entrances and attached garages. They have a ton of updated and management is pretty cool! 10/10
I love it here I am so happy here. I feel so safe with my kids. The new management (Harmoniq) has been really improving the community here. Angel, Evelyn, and Vanessa has been extremely caring and helpful. Maintenance is timely and efficient as well!
New Management, New Ownership I toured a couple weeks ago and was very happy to be greeted by friendly faces who were excited to show me around the community. It was clean and the staff was nice, which is a nice change up in Brown Deer. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and having private-entrances, Washer/Dryer in-unit, and attached garage, is really nice. It seems like a lot of changes have been made and I wish more stuff like this existed in the area.
Terrible place! Shabby looking with garbage cans & litter everywhere. Mailbox area is dirty with broken mailbox doors. Office staff never answer their phone or texts. Maintenance crew need more training. Cheap flimsy window blinds, they charge you for parking in your attached garage. Swimming pool is rarely open. As for the landscaping.... dirt is now the norm where there used to be wood chips, bushes are never trimmed.

Verified Renter Stay away from Deer Run apartments, all they care about is getting more money from residents. Very poor communication from office staff, they rarely answer their phone and don't hold your breath waiting for a call back. Maintenance service requests are getting better but in the past would take months to get completed.
