Horrible management Horrible tenants Kids run all over Cops are always their. Fire department is too. Stay far away.
RecommendedFair Warning: On Sat. 8/29 I had a package stolen from my front door between 11:01am and 12:30pm. Considering how fast it was stolen after delivery, the secluded location of my apartment door and that the box was found at 63rd st/Creston Ave, I believe it was stolen by a resident or visitor of a resident.
Horrible management! They scared everyone away. The landlord goes out and yells at everyone to go outside. The land lord didn’t take of issues that would happen at her property and she didn’t care about her tenants! I wouldn’t go back here.

Roaches everywhere, some of the office staff was unnecessarily rude. Hopefully, all this will change.
What don’t I recommend? Everything. Screaming unsupervised kids, litter and cigarette butts cover the lawns. Garbage tucked away in every bush or shrub, nobody picks up after their pets, or children. Police are constantly visiting. In the less than a year I’ve been here, the fire alarms for my building alone have been triggered 4 times. Office staff seldom answer their phone.
