Besides the bullshit 2 hour wait after.the appt set time the billing dept makes you do their job
Terrible. Wouldn't recommend to any one or any family. The wait is ridiculous, and the service is awful. Lucky for them, Facebook requires you to give them at least 1 star.
Do not go here paid 120 dollars for my daughter ti be checked out for some sores that were infected and the Dr only looked at almost healed areas on her legs and prescribed ointment to apply my daughter and her dad both told Dr where the worst sores were and he did not even look at them Seems kind of incompetent to me,just out for the money I guess needs to be a little more caping of his patients
The front office staff is horrendous, and I don't say that lightly. The only reason my family and I keep coming to this office is because of Dr. Andrew Metz. Every employee I have ever encountered at the front desk, either in person or via telephone, with the lone exception of Belinda, has been incredibly rude, disrespectful, and/or demeaning. I tried to get my son in for a sports physical yesterday. I was turned away at 4:10 because I wasn't in the door by 4. I get off at 4. I ended up at Walgreens and had to pay triple of what I normally pay for a physical. My family have been patients at this clinic for over 10 years. I'm incredibly mad.
It has gotten better but still need improvement. ....
