Thank you for what everyone does here at Deer park I have been here for years no problem and I signed nether lease this year for next year.. I totally enjoy being here the staff is great and the maintenance people are wonderful.. Thank you so much for the support that you guys give to us as renters and being here for us on the premises of the property not very many apartments do that nowadays! Nice community, plus nice view. Fairly quiet, on the edge of town. Community gym & pool included, also a park for the little ones. I think the apartments are well laid out. The kitchen space & the walk in closet are both generous, overall the apartment gives you lots of space to work with. Apartments seem well sound proofed. Management seems to take care of the place very well.
Avoid at all cost! Find somewhere cheaper, cleaner, newer, and friendly office people else where. Buildings are falling apart. Soffit is missing on all the buildings allowing birds and other animals to live inside the roof and walls. Doors on our unit are falling off. Trim fell off exposing black mold. Windows leak in the winter with the base heats below them, creating black mold. Our carpet was supposed to be replaced, but the just shampoo it. It used to be a good place when Janice and Wes were there. Since they left new management is TERRIBLE. Management makes pond scum look appealing. Management even higher up is very unprofessional. You can smoke in the apartments which is great for smokers but not so great for a non smoker living next to a smoker. It’s 2023 you can’t smoke anywhere inside but you can at deer park apartments…weird. They do not address noise complaints. I would NOT recommend goldmark properties to anyone. Avoid at all costs. I can't express how much I appreciate living at Deer Park and GoldMark! There's so many things that I enjoy about this place but I'm living in in Deer Park appreciate everybody that works so hard to do what they can do on the premises of the property. They all do outstanding jobs and They try they're very best to get to everybody! I can say sometimes they're really busy they're more willing to help out even if they are!
