Worst!!!!! air-conditioning not working refrigerator is not working trash is so far away for you to throw! Power outage around this area! Bugs everywhere! Pool dirty! Not the worse but still dirty! Nice staff but handy men are not really good even though they are nice people to..I didn't give one star because I don't like the word hate. Never wanted to pay rent here :( it's 80 degrees as I am writing this so close to losing it!
Been there since middle of November. Great apartment, had easy transition for moving in. Loved the incentive for moving in and money off discount. Maintenance quickly fixed my problems after my move in. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone & prime location.
Thought it was kinda weird they didn't allow my car at first because of a few paint chips missong so instead they made me cover it up with bumber stickers? So I instantly felt unwelcome. I felt for what I paid for I should have gotten a little more than average apartment. Not to mention the water pressure on my shower was terrible for the whole year I lived there.
