I had the pleasure of seeing my daughter's apartment before she moved in. We met with Karen and she took us down to assure us everything was ready. I must say I was pleased with her new home. Karen was very kind and sincerely cared about her next adventure at Deer Hill.
Just because of a dent on a car you turned down an application? Poor, unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.
I've lived here for about 8 months and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The location is ideal -- it's a short drive from all of the best areas (Hyde Park, Oakley, and not too far from Downtown Cincinnati). I had a few issues with my apartment when I moved in, but the community managers were fantastic about handling everything quickly! Terra and Arielle are amazing property managers! Personable and effective. Maintenance handled very fast, and I have no complaints about anything. Very convenient to 32 for eastgate, Columbia parkway for downtown, and redbank road to go to 71.
