RecommendedFrom the first time scheduling the weekend until we checked out, this lodge was a great experience for our family. The food was delicious both dinner and breakfast and the staff of the restaurant was more than accommodating to include Brooke. No issues at all with checking in and out as Zenia and Abigail and Courtney treated us like family from day one. Will definitely stay here again!! This was our first time and the groundhogs got waaaaay too close!

RecommendedDeer Creek State Park Lodge was the setting for our fathers 80th birthday celebration. Stephanie arranged an impeccable banquet to honor him. The food was delicious, the servers were attentive. All this was arranged long distance from Florida, and we could not be happier. Highly recommend you plan your next special event at Deer Creek State Park Lodge.

RecommendedMy family and I had a great time celebrating 3 of my kids birthdays! A lot of different things to do and we had an awesome view from our room! All the staff was very helpful and friendly! So glad we chose to stay here!
RecommendedThis was our first time staying as a family at Deercreek State Park. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in two cabins next door to each other. They were clean and decently equipped. One of the cabins had a view of the lake. We were able to get a beautiful sunrise picture. We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, and swimming in both your indoor and outdoor pools. We walked the beach. We saw a variety of animals. RecommendedWe enjoyed our stay. The outside pool was very nice. The inside pool was very cold. Usually it’s warm but not this trip. The arcade gave NO tickets except one game. We sat on the patio and enjoyed dinner. Our hotel room...the beds were horrid! Everyone tossed and turned all night. The bathroom shower was dirty. It was ok to sleep in for a night. RecommendedWhile we had a fun stay with our family, it could have been a lot better. The negatives started right at check in. At check in, the desk agent did not tell us the hours of the pools, restaurants or that because of Covid that we needed to actually sign up for time slots for pool. We got down to the pool and we were stopped by a lifeguard who asked us if we had signed up for a pool time. We did not know anything about signing up for the pool, so we had to sign up and wait.
