RecommendedHad a great lunch in their pub.
Area leading up to the restaurant was very dark, giving the appearance of dining room being closed... Dining overlooking reservoir- windows were filthy on the outside with spiderwebs and several hundreds of dead bugs... My mandarin almond chicken salad was basically thrown together; served on a large salad plate/bowl, the rim was messy and very unappealing. The experience was disappointing at best.
RecommendedNice room overlooking the lake. Stayed there for my daughter's wedding at Flora and Field which is only a ten minute drive from there.
Went there as a group last night to eat-two members of our party did not get their meal until 45 minutes after everyone else was served. What is this "Beautification Fee" added to bills of $1.40-another State tax scam.
RecommendedMy daughters and I came for a 2 night stay, as a last hurrah before my oldest heads off to college. We were surprised at how large our room was. It had 2 queen beds, and room for a rollaway bed. The view was better than expected. The lodge had a lot to offer us. We took advantage of kayaking (totally worth it!).
