Not great workmanship- lots of issues with our kitchen sink/plumbing. Our sink moves/separates from the counter and leaks (there is a quarter inch gap in between the sink and the counter that the installer just covered with caulk, which has no separated and it leaks to the cabinet underneath). The seal on the pipes under the sink broke and leak and we’ve had to replace the disposal once already.
If i could give this builder 0 starts i would my brother bought a house from them a little over a year ago and already has air conditioning problems and guess what this builder had to say! Its not under warranty any more what a joke really think about it before buying a house with this builder
The whole process was so easy! Christine at Deer Creek was wonderful to work with and answered every question! She put my mind at ease! Can’t wait to move in!
