try being at deer creek apt in jefferson,wi u thought madison was bad try here dont see managers in the morning unless owners come thru there hrs r 8am -5pm told them bout cheap rugs in living room unraveling and torn flooring in kitchen after they put in new dishwasher didnt raise high enough and tore it u dont even want to get me going bout snow on sidewalks
Im not sure what all the complaints are. They have always fixed issues within a day or two. I hardly hear anything from the people around me. They arent any more expensive than similar places nearby. The management is very nice, and are always eager to help. You dont win management company of the year by chance.
You can hear every little sound from the other people who live here. The guy upstairs from me snores and I can hear that, through the ceiling I can hear him snore in his bedroom. God forbid you live near any family with screaming kids. I cant believe this place won Best Management, wow, I wonder how bad the competition was, because I really cannot see them winning any awards for management here.
for that lack of supoort that management provides....
