Sold us a new pool pump and vacuum a year ago. We had 3 visits from them in the last two months because the pool was turning green and the robot cleaner wasnt working properly. They added chemicals, never cleaned the leaves from the pool and then tried to sell me more products ( a float for the pool vaccumm so it would work ) Have been assured phone calls back and haven't received any.
