we find her easy to work with and caring,today we even saw her when wshe was ill but still got us in a very fine lady and and Dr.
I have had family and friend go to this office. IF you can get Dr. Bhasin, you might be OK but after that you have to deal with her assistants. The office staff is extremely rude and inept. This is not the sort of atmosphere you expect for psychiatric help.
Dr Bhasin is a very caring person. Her front office staff and appointment schedulers are cold and show no compassion . They are like robots. I have been on meds for over 20 years without problems. I have run out of one of them, and if you stop taking these meds suddenly there are very unpleasant side effects . When I tried to make an appointment I was offered one three months from now. I told the girl I needed one sooner but she would not help me. Unacceptable!
Love this woman. We have been seeing her for many years now. She is wonderful the staff is great.
I truly regret having to leave one star. I like Dr. Bhasin and especially my counselor Audi. Audi is the best and you can count yourself lucky to get her. My ONLY complaint is with the front desk staff. They show NO compassion or respect toward me. I'm a patient and myself and others shouldn't be met with such a HOSTILE and UNCARING attitude! I've never gotten a smile or any welcome at all. WHO IS HIRING THESE TERRIBLE GIRLS??? They should be taught some customer service! Please!
I've been a patient of Dr. Bhasin's for almost four years. She is AMAZING! I know that she sees many many patients but she always seems to remember me, which I find astounding. Her staff is excellent. Great customer service and very professional.
First by saying Dr Bhasin is a wonderful doctor and she really helped me I have been seeing her for years but had to deal with her staff which has been a problem. They are rude uncaring and controlling and determine if you see her. People are really sick that come to this office you cannot play games or politics with peoples lives. WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND ARE THERE FOR HELP. They are young if you make them upset appt go away or you wait 2 hr room.
Dr.Bhasin, is a caring doctor. She has been my children's doctor for 8 years. She works hard keeping my children stable.She listens to me and together we get to the problem.Alway starts on low dose of medicine.We have seen other psychiatrics in this area , but never had the treatment or service Dr. Bhasin shows us.Staff is fast at responding to request. Wait time may be a little long sometimes, but she is worth the wait. She has excellent nurse practitioners that are there to help .
My comfort level at Dr. Bhasin's office is excellent, 10 out of 10. She definitely sees me in a timely manner when I come in for my appointments.
