Dr Bhasin is a very caring doctor and will go the extra mile to find a treatment that works for you. I also work with Liz who is also excellent. The only negative are wait times for the doctor herself and trying to reach someone by phone. They need a betteroffice manager.

I just received notification that I owed over $500 because I had not paid any copayments since 2022! Now the whole office staff was replaced and I had asked about their pricing system never had that available. How can a computer program not have that available to a paying customer? Surprise medical billing with inaccurate billing standards Beware they may try this on you too!!!

I’ve had bipolar and anxiety and C-ptsd for have my life . I’ve seen countless Drs and she is the first one to actually listen and not force more drugs than necessary. Highly advise

The NP we see there is always willing to listen to my concerns regarding my daughter, and adjusting her meds as needed isn’t like tug a war like other doctors. My daughter is autistic, with depression, severe anxiety, and a whole list of phobias including agoraphobia. They were able to change the way she views the world now, she’s coming out, enjoying things I never thought she would, and all her anxious thoughts about leaving the house has finally subsided! My grandson was referred to this Dr. First bad thing is that we waited 2 hours without being told anything. She wasn’t even there! Second, when she finally got there and saw my grandson he filled her in on his background. He was having a terrible time with anxiety and depression and needed a professional to talk to and hopefully help. He came out from seeing her after about 5 minutes with tears in his eyes. I have been seeing Dr. Bhasin since 2017 and have honestly received the best psychiatric care I have ever had in my life. I however have a strong distrust of her staff. They almost never answer the phone, hardly ever return calls in a timely manner (or at all), and I can never trust them to call in refills in a correct or timely manner. I was even told by a staff member to “stop calling” because I was “tying up the phone lines”. I wouldn't want anyone else's child to be treated the way my family has. Please read all the reviews. You will see a common thread. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and the Dr. Does not seem to care at all about what the patient is experiencing. She does not appear to have a grasp of mental health issues and offers no helpful solutions. But she is very interested in making sure she gets her more expensive fees.

Dr. Bhasin and the other providers are great. The problem is their office staff. I've never seen a more disrespectful group of individuals at a practice. Avoid this office if you can!
