Took my daughter here for the first time because she was having breathing issues, when we walked in the receptionist was on the phone so we waited and then was told we were too late for our apt (by 3 mins) and would need to reschedule. What a joke, I guess sick kids are not their priority.
I have been taking my son here since birth and Dr K is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what it is. She doesn't beat around the bush and some people might not like and I'm not sure why because when it comes to our children health, life, safety you don't need it sugar-coated. for me I love that because she lets me know exactly what to do to get my child better and also gave great resources for speech therapy and behavioral therapy. Thank you Dr. K!
I don’t know where to start; I have been with them since Jacobson Pediatrics. My son has grown through every stage in his life with them and now that I know this will be his last year with them I hope to find people as caring as they did to us. Beyond blessed to have had all this staff caring for us.
I had the unfortunate experience of meeting this apathetic doctor at Sharp Mary Birch. On both visits in the hospital she gave the impression that she did not want to be working and provided a very cold presence. I will never elect to have her as a pediatrician. Dr. K has absolutely terrible bedside manner. On the first check up of our baby, she opened his diaper and let him kick his poop around and walked away, didn't even try to close it back up to prevent that from happening.
