I tried to seek therapy here. Sent in a message saying I was needing to get a therapist ASAP. I was asked to send a picture of my insurance before ever even speaking with someone. Then brooke finally called me after several emails, asking to return my call. Brooke stated she tried to call, but it could have been the wrong number. She did not call, I didn't have any missed calls. She also stated that I would have to self pay even though coworkers go there with the same insurance.

We have worked with Brenda Lipe at Deeper Roots for 4 years. She has been such a wonderful support and strength for the kids and our family. She has years of experience and helps parents to develop tools and navigate difficult situations—meltdowns, anxiety, adhd and other issues with the children. We’ve had a truly wonderful experience working with Brenda! Our young child has shown incredible growth since starting therapy, and it’s been amazing to see his progress week after week. Deeper roots made therapy EASY. They accepted my insurance and processed it for me after every session, so I never had to be a middle man between provider and agency. I had the ease of scheduling virtual sessions (although in person was also available), and I never had issue with provider availability. I felt safe, supported and completely non-judged.
