I absolutely love this cleaning service. Excellent customer service, thorough and detailed follow-up, meticulous and friendly cleaners-a 4star every time. They are easy to use and just kind, good people. Everyone who has come through here has been sweet, and an absolute pleasure! I definitely would recommend!
Deep Cleaning LAwere phenomenal! Not only was the cleaning detailed and thorough, but they also notified me of some problems going on with my sink that I would not have known about! They communicated with me regularly about what exactly they did and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the cleaning. The whole experience was really pleasant and if you do plan on getting cleaning done, definitely ask for Rachel and Tony, they will get it done.
We've had Deep Cleaning LA come to clean for us several times now and they always do a phenomenal job. They're friendly, punctual, and completely trustworthy if we have to duck out mid-cleaning to head to work.
I am not a messy person but I love to see everything clean like in the hospital surgery room, my light switches, doorknobs, under the fridge and closet in the perfect clean arrangement. I think it was a woman from Philippines or something familiar (maybe I am wrong) She did not talk much, just did her job. When I came back with groceries everything was net and clean!!
