I called them and they told me 6:15 PM was open and they schedule me in. BUT when I arrived at 6:15p, they had forgotten to put me in and no rooms were available. Her quick sorry left me feeling very upset and frustrated. As someone who’s been there dozens of times, this really ruined this place for me. Wasting my time driving all the way over there for nothing pissed me off.
Thanks to Pink! The massage was amazing! I left the spa feeling light and so relieved. I’ll definitely be back.
