Dee was unbelievable!! As an out-of-state landlord, it is so important to have someone local to the property. She worked with us over a period of two years, first attempting to show the property with an unwilling tenant occupying the property, and convincing the tenant to allow the bathroom vent to be repaired. When the tenant finally vacated the property, Dee provided contacts for tradesmen to renovate to unit.
