The staff is unfriendly and uncooperative and when you don’t go along with their program they retaliate to the point that they will call the police. You don’t even get a doctor you get assigned a nurse practitioner. As long as you are docile and do what you are told everything is good but when you disagree with anything they are retaliatory and try to force you to their will. I will never go back there again and recommend no one does.
Start pretty good , Unfortunately, and pretty bad. Something I can say my doctor there was pretty good. That was one of the reason that was So hard to leave the place. But definitely It’s no communication. I wait for a prescription for two months. I never get it not even a call after I complain.. It is what it is like. I say I’m copy with the doctors and I hope no other patients have to go to what I went to.
Very bad medical care! Thought this would be better but it is terrible! I have never met my PCP Dr. Roberta Joseph. They send in a nurse practitioner and creepy medical assistants who have very bad attitudes. I am deeply disappointed how I was treated which is why I have a grievance in on them and having them investigated. Going somewhere else for medical care as of August 1st. Dr Roberta is very nice and takes her time with me and is very thorough and explains everything to me _ is genuinely concerned about my health
