I WAS A PATIENT WITH DEDICATED SENIOR FOR JUST A YEAR. ON MAY 29, 2024, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM TELLING ME TO REMOVE THEM AS MY PCP BECAUSE I'M NOT FOLLOWING THEIR PROCESS, WHICH I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THAT PROCESS WAS. I AM A HEALTHY PERSON AND ONLY GO TO THE DOCTOR ONCE A YEAR FOR MY PHYSICAL. THEY WANTED ME TO COME EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR NO REASON. THEY ARE VERY BAD TRY RELIANCE
The worst medical "care" that I have ever received. My health actually deteriorated over the time that I was seen here regularly. Absolutely discourage anyone from using this company. Poor service. Treated like a number. Referrals to specialists almost impossible to get. Seems like saving money is the most important consideration for these people.
This place is horrible.Ive had so many issues with me. They will never admit that they messed up. Wish there was a way to post some of my evidence. From giving me wrong meds. To changing my meds from other Dr. / causing me to not get my kidney surgery on August 18,2021. The list goes on. Everybody -scratching everybody back. But trust me KARMA doesn’t PLAY. Everything they’ve done/said to me is going come back on them. I know they are not sleeping good at night right now.
Employees in Largo FL are apparently indifferent and the company has policies restricting doctors from making appropriate referrals and not micromanaging care of responsible adults to participate in their own care so they can churn Medicare med-check monthly billings. Staff seems disinterested and superfficial, despite excellent doctor's best intentions.This Dr. Chen probably had a great idea when he started it, but it's obviously turned into a business where the shareholders are the primary customers, not the patients.
