Again in May my appointment was cancelled. The new June appointment was not confirmed by the office for the new appointment date for June. No confirmation, no appointment and I've been having an issue with my blood pressure spiking. Again now when my dentist ask me if I have seen my doctor, I have to say No. It is hampering my continued completion of dental care. I'm just tired and giving up on if I'll ever return to being care for properly if I stay at this medical center. It is very frustrating.
the nursing staff is very friendly and helpful; the doctors are the issue. Except for my PCP he is the only one that is in the office 5 days a week, my other doctors are part time, and I have to travel to their locations if I want an appointment. And referrals you can forget it unless it's to see one of their doctors.
This place is a HIGHLY unprofessional workplace. The front desk, including the supervisor, is ridiculously unprofessional. The work environment is toxic. DO NOT WORK HERE. The supervision is extremely unprofessional as they gossip with their employees about the other employees. They DO NOT abide by their company values (love, accountability, and passion) because their staff is severely beneath these morals. They all gossip and talk about each other behind their backs. I wouldn't even bring my grandmother here.

Everyone is very caring and interested in my health. The doctors or nurse practioners don't make me feel rushed. They sit down and ask the questions that matter. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I love Dedicated.
SUCKS AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR SENIORS AND DISABLED VETERANS AND THEIR WIFE.

I wish to write about the acupuncture treatments I’ve received at the North Lakeland Dedicated Seniors location. I'm doing worse since starting with clinic.. Management interfered with plan of care & treatment. Another issue is support staff are not doing job in timely manor. I have an issue that has not improved but is much worse. An order for MRI was ordered 2 weeks ago & the referral has not been done . I called to inquirer & got an attitude.
