Dedicated Home Health Services, Inc. has been the best team for my Mothers care. Jessica the visiting nurse has been nothing but professional, from communication to teachings. Office staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable and are always available even after hours. I highly recommend them to any family that have the need for Home Health.
I can’t say enough good things about this home health care agency, they took such wonderful care of my grandparents and treated them like family. Nurse Jose did an amazing job inserting an IV and made sure my grandparents were comfortable the entire time while explaining everything clearly and patiently. Can’t express how thankful I am for the nurses and staff who took great care of my grandpa! Nurse Helda is always so positive and helpful in not only just providing care but listening to you.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! the nurses who took care of my mother were beyond amazing! The office staff was just as amazing if not more, with every question, every call, every concern they were there to help with no hesitation! If you want an agency that cares for a loved one more than just as a patient I would recommend them 100x!!
