Absolutely love our blinds! The process and experience was simple and stress-free—from reviewing design options for my bay window to the installation of blinds for two windows transforming our cozy space. Highly recommend!
Decorating Details LLC failed to deliver quality work. The paint job was uneven, fixtures weren’t installed properly, and some of the furniture arrived damaged. For the price I paid, I expected far better craftsmanship.
Communication was terrible throughout the entire project. My calls and emails went unanswered for days, and deadlines kept getting pushed back. The whole process was frustrating and unprofessional.
I was very disappointed with Decorating Details LLC. The project took twice as long as promised, and the final design didn’t match what we had discussed. The attention to detail was missing, which is ironic given their name.
I regret hiring Decorating Details LLC. They promised a customized design, but what I got looked generic and rushed. They didn’t listen to my input and seemed more focused on finishing quickly than doing things right.
