Been here for two years now. People are exaggerating how often there are gunshots but even I'd have to admit that it's a bit concerning. Additionally, when I moved in, the management at the time was trying to work on renovating and restoring the laundry room. However, it's been two years and that room is not only not finished but the project looks to be completely abandoned, forcing me to find a nearby laundromat instead. Mi experiencia en este condominio ha sido fatal, desde que llegue tengo un salidero en el techo de la cocina que nunca arreglaron, la suerte es que solo ocurre cuando el vecino pone su fregadora de platos.Tengo una bebe pequeña y enfrente de mi apartamento esta inundado grandemente quitando el acceso a la salida.Trato de salir por otro edificio y tambien tiene un salidero hace meses que no arreglan, ya tiene moho.Esto es un riesgo a la salud y la seguridad. If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is atrocious do not move here, the office staff suck never work the posted hours they have, never show up on Saturdays when there supposed to work, nothing gets fixed unless it’s a small issue the kids and parents in this complex are horrible and none of them are raised correctly which is sad and they make you pay for others water bill since they only use one meter for one whole building DO NOT MOVE HERE I WARN YOU NOW YOU WILL HATE IT IF YOU DO!
The highlights of this place are the maintenance crew and the proximity to restaurants, stores, the freeway, etc. It ends there. The staff that worked here when I moved in 2 years ago were excellent. As apartments do, management has since changed twice. With those changes have come bad thing after bad thing. The parking lot is constantly flooded due to a water leak they've been working on since before I moved in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Water been messed up over a year they add different charges every month raising rent the office has new people every week the management that moved me in left and I wish I left right behind them! If you want a different problem every month this the place for you
