I was finally told what was truly wrong with me!
Upon entering, I was short of breath after walking from the car to hospital! I'm on oxygen 24/7, they got a wheel chair right away! A volunteer wheeled me to the area I was to be. The clerk waited on me right away, papers filled out, doctor saw me right away! Another employee wheeled me to my car! Great experience! Got in and out quickly! Yea!❤️

Always a great and personalized experience from all of my labor and deliveries to registration, labs, radiology and when I’m the ER with sick little ones they always take the time to listen and make sure they do everything they can for you.
Patient care sucks. They have made it non personal by adding the central scheduling department. You call to talk to your doctor or their nurse and all you get is central scheduling. Then you tell them you need to talk to your doctors nurse and they inform you that you can’t. You have to tell them what you want and then they will email the nurse with what I need. Then you never hear anything back. Go in for an appointment and ask the nurse and they tell you that they never received the email. This hospital is the worse hospit... read more
Do not go 2 Decatur County pain management.Now that Dr Danielle Turnak of The Decatur County Pain Management has released me from pain management I can finally come out and say this she has screwed my back up worse than it was before I'm in worse pain and in constant pain now. While I'm sitting more than 2 minutes my legs go completely numb most of the time I have 2 use something 2 help me stay standing for a few minutes.
