I recently had to go to Decatur Memorial for a spinal injection procedure. When we arrived we found our that the front doors when locked only to employees. It is a long walk from the ER parking lot through the hospital to,get to the elevators to get to Day Surgery, PT & other services. I have to,say I am very disappointed in your decision about this. This was not a very good thought out plan. I have recommended this hospital to several people but now I will have to rethink this.
They are awesome, they stay on top of your health the doctor's actually listen to you and friendly staff love it
I had an emergency room visit back in the winter the treatment was good the doctors and nurses were good and I was feeling better before I left
Some of the staff could get more friendlier and with more smiles.
Just had my son there last month, Dr. Boersma is fantastic.
