Needed a haircut and did not have time to leave Center City. Zee (Zenotha) was my barber and was extremely polite - asked a few questions and gave me a perfect hair cut. It was a bit towards the high end of a hair cut cost $25-- but with my $15 West Philly barbers, I'm usually annoyed with something they did wrong and need to change something when I get home. The extra $10 bucks was worth the convenience and perfection.
