I moved to this area from Ca. and some one recommended Decarlas I think it was Sally's beauty supply, I have worn hair extensions for 3 years and honestly I would have to say I like her hair extensions the best. She know's what she doing and she teaches you all about the care of the hair. The most knowledgeable person thus far.
