Ordered a pair of prada pumps on 12/1/2014. As of today, still hadn't received them. Called the store and sent emails numerous times. Emails received no response. Phone calls all were "the shoes are on the way." Today 1/15/2015, after emailing them on facebook, I get an email saying the shoes were misplaced and my money is being refunded. No apology for their incompetence and their lack of customer service. Your rolling the dice with this store. Good Luck!
OK so when i first found this place on google and went to their website, i was excited to see the designers at reasonable prices. I just moved to LA from ny. Make a long story short I went there for my bday to get a pair of red bottoms. I was automatically judged. I was given the look like you dont belong in here, you probably not buying anything. Unprofessional, misleading and ignorant staff! Customers are buying clothes in the shop for which the owners do not receive payment as agreed.
