Unfortunately the rumors are true - Debro Investments / Ronald Donatucci are slum lords :( I am moving to Philadelphia from Seattle. Ronald was very responsive and quite pushy when applying for the apartment. He said once I was approved I just need to pay a deposit via PayPal or Zelle to hold it. Great service and they always reply in a timely manner!
Literally the worst people to rent from. For starters they would never fix anything on time. Went without hot water for a few weeks during the coldest months. Its impossible to get in contact with them, they ignore calls and ignore texts. Good luck ever trying to get your security deposit back without going to court. Do not rent from these people.

Didn’t fix my heat for 20 days during the coldest month in recent history, 4 snow storms, and several days below zero. When I asked to have my rent prorated for the time I had to stay with family, I was called stupid and offered $50 for my “inconvenience.” For 20 days my rent totals $967.74. It’s taken over two months to even be offered that insulting amount as they refuse to answer or return calls, emails, and maintenance requests. I would under no circumstance rent from these awful people.
