Debra Giglia was very professional and thoroughly experienced during my real estate sales transaction. Debra arranged to have the residence photographed and a video taken of the interior of my home and scheduled multiple appointment only viewings. An offer was received within the first week and with Debra's help, a contract signed and we closed in approximately 6 weeks. The closing was remote and it worked out very smoothly. The entire process was flawless and I would highly highly recommend Debra Giglia.

Deciding to sell was stressful doing it during the Covid-19 even more so. Debra was the listing agent when we purchased our home almost 30 years ago so it was a no brainer to contact an experienced agent, familiar with the area like her. Debra has helped me buy and sell several houses over the years. Most recently she listed and sold my mothers house in just a few weeks. Debra is hands down the hardest working and most knowledgeable realtor I have ever dealt with. It sounds simple, but the one thing that drives me nuts, is when people do not return calls or emails promptly.
