My five year old absolutely loves going to the dentist which says volumes about the type of environment at Dr. Duffy's office! My almost two year old was terrible during her first visit, and the staff handled it so well (even as I cringed). I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else!
Thank you so much for making me and my three-year-old feel so welcome at his first appointment today! Every single person that we came in contact with was extremely patient and kid-friendly! See you guys again in 6 months!
My daughter had a good experience. She was anxious because she had a sensitive tooth that needed to be checked and so I requested nitrous... Laughing gas for the cleaning...this helped a lot and when she ended up needing a small filling Dr D was able to numb her no tears:).... and get it filled. She was very patient with all her questions and explained everything as she went along. Kayla loves the movies on tthe ceiling and the movie theater.. Considering her sensory issues it went better than expected. Pillow, blanket etc.
My 5 year old son has been coming to Dr. Duffy for over a year now and each visit has been great. He was nervous and scared for his first visit and Dr. Duffy and her staff were very nice and reassuring. The office is a fun and inviting place for kids and the staff is nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Dr. Duffy to friends and family.

After 19 years of loyalty to dentist Dr. Duffy in Flower Mound, I have to warn parents of 18 year olds...do not send them for a cleaning alone. Dr. Duffy will sell additional treatments to them without parental consent because they are "of age" to approve. When I called to dispute, bottom line is that $225 is more important than 19 years of loyalty with 2 kids. AND, she was not willing to talk to me personally...she sent her office manager. Unfortunately your post is riddled with holes and untruths of what really took place in the situation. Because of HIPAA Privacy laws my hands are tied here. And while you are able to make slanderous, un-factual statements against me and my practice, due to these laws I am bound to protect my patient's privacy and am unable to defend myself, my staff and my practice.
