Deb has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions after purchasing our home. The prior owner had Nest installed and when they turned off the internet, Nest kept turning off the AC. Since I was moving cross country (3 months after the purchase), Deb checked on the house frequently and noticed the issue. She brought in a contractor to remove Nest (at her own expense) so the AC could continue to run. Debra has outstanding customer service. I was driving down from Tampa to Fort Myers every weekend to look for a new home during the crazy 2021 housing boom in SWFL. Her knowledge and experience was a tremendous assistance. I would and do recommend Debra to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Her goal is to have a completely happy buyer.
