I've been lucky enough to be able to call Deb a dear friend for many years now. As an agent she did an impeccable job of helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for a couple years ago, AND well within my budget. She is always prepared, does her homework, knows the area very well, and is literally just a phonecall away. Deb has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions after purchasing our home. The prior owner had Nest installed and when they turned off the internet, Nest kept turning off the AC. Since I was moving cross country (3 months after the purchase), Deb checked on the house frequently and noticed the issue. She brought in a contractor to remove Nest (at her own expense) so the AC could continue to run.
