I have lived with diabetes since 1996. I had a pediatric endo i loved but have not found one since, until now. I absolutely love Deb Tunny and her MA Heather! Heather has always helped with all the insurance issues with scripts i have come across! Deb always spends time explaining things in terms and ways I can understand. NP Deb was great, office staff was horrible and very unprofessional. The MA Heather is terrible. She neglects patient care and acts so rude. She’s very judgmental. She refused to do a prior authorization and then told me she wasn’t going to do it because I couldn’t afford the sensors. The office manager Andrea is horrible to! She told me they don’t call insurance I have to.! I can’t do a prior authorization the office does! I was a new patient and they didn’t schedule me for an hour long appointment like I was suppose to be.
