They don't always adhere to the "customer is always right" policy here. They're fairly against antibiotics, pain meds, etc., and generally take a more 'natural' approach. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I am sometimes left in the appointment room for a while (up to 1/2 hour maybe). I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They're sometimes able to answer simple questions over the phone. They always seem professional and knowledgeable.

This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
