I specifically mentioned that we are looking for a family doctor.. At the first ever appointment the doctor did not even show up, or say Hi, even if she was in the office on the hall. I was served by the nurse practitioner. My husband meanwhile missed his appointment because of a job emergency, and despite the fact that the financial agreement said $50 for missed appointment, we have been told we will be charged $180 and after have been charged $100.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

We were escorted to the room and were waiting for the doctor. INSTEAD of doctor Winiger we were treated by the NURSE PRACTITIONER. Apparently doctor Winiger have Thursdays days off the office. Nobody informed me of that when I called office to make an appointment. Then Nurse practitioner start asking my daughter series of questions that have no connection to our visit. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
