Terrible office staff which doesn't provide the correct and necessary information. As a consequence of their neglect, I had to rearrange 2 months of work schedules and not receive the treatments I PREPAID FOR. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. GO ELSEWHERE!

People usually only post when they have bad things to say so I wanted to write this. I met Dr. Kim several years ago and now I see her at the Bala office. She has helped me with my depression. She offered many options to me. She isn't going to hold your hand and treat you like a fragile baby but if you want to get better she is kind, intelligent and caring and will offer you hope and understanding.
