I never found a connection with another therapist until Dr. Bell. Her genuine ability to validate and understand why I am feeling my feelings has been so freeing. She has never judged or made me feel less than who I am. She is professional in the way she shares her knowledge and in utilizing EMDR and yet not in a stuffy way. I have had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Bell (or "Auntie Deb" as I affectionately call her) as my therapist for the last 2 years. The strategies, tools, and validation that she has provided me with during this time have been invaluable! In 2021 I lost my best friend--my mother. 9 months later, I lost my brother.
