Dr. Rubin is a kind, compassionate, educated professional who I trust to provide medical care for my daughter. She is up to date on current medical standards of care, as well as sensitive to the perspectives of parents and toddlers! She had additional training in developmental behavior and it is helpful when she makes specific recommendations for my growing and constantly changing little one.
My wife fe just left this office in tears. The nurse sliced my 4 year old sons arm not once but twice while trying to give him a shot and they don't even apologize for it. But the appointment from hell doesn't stop there. They make sure you know this is a business before being a doctors office. The staff are rude and all about your money. Dr Rubin made us feel like bad parents because my son has long hair. Who does that?
