I just got my engagement ring from DeBebians, and it is by far the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! I was so impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. This is definitely my go to store for jewelry. I also can’t say enough about their customer service. We worked with Maggie, and she was absolutely incredible. Even during this difficult time with Covid, she didn’t miss a beat, and I got my ring sooner than I expected. If you need a piece of jewelry, I highly recommend DeBebians.

Ordered a signet ring for my daughter for her high school graduation. I was disappointed with the laser monogram when it came. Maggie, without hesitation, had me return the ring and I upgraded to the hand engraving. Unfortunately when I received the second ring, the initials were incorrect(although the hand engraving was BEAUTIFUL!). Once again, Maggie offered incredible customer service and was willing to rectify the problem immediately! I even placed an order for a second ring for another daughter!! Awesome customer service, awesome quality! I can't say enough good things about them. Sam & Maggie were both a pleasure to work with. Upgraded my rings, kept my original center stone. Mailed it from Maryland to LA, nervous as could be about that. But they took care of me. They updated me with the status almost every hour of my diamond traveling. Ha! I’d highly recommend DeBebians. I lost my wedding band after 19 years and was looking for a band that was well designed, but wouldn’t “break the bank.” I searched two dozen sites and DeBebians had the best selection as well as pricing. Their customer service has also been outstanding. Even though I’ve purchased a less expensive ring, I’ve always felt like I spent $5-$10k. They’ve been incredibly responsive and flexible on sizing. If you are looking a ring, you should consider Debebians!
